After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Rutgers University with a dual major in Political Science and English, Dan graduated from New York University School of Law, one of the top five law schools in the United States. He has represented hundreds of clients in complex, challenging cases, winning millions of dollars in jury awards and settlements and successfully challenging laws that violated the United States Constitution. 

Dan is an accomplished legal educator as well as a practicing attorney. From 2006 to 2009, he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law.

Dan has written extensively and been published in newspapers such as The New York Times. Dan is a present or past member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Sussex County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Court of Appeals of the State of New York.

Dan handles cases in the state and federal courts and leverages the strategic relationships he has cultivated as a respected lawyer and leader in his community.
